What Is Micro-Teeth Sharpening For?

Scissors with serrated edges are also called micro-teeth scissors. This type of scissors is often used by beginners because it better “grips” the hair between the blades and allows for clean lines. You don’t need to buy a micro-teeth dog or cat scissors; you can also convert a classic scissors into micro-teeth scissors. This conversion is not possible for Japan Style scissors due to their razor blade effect.
